How applicants outside Delhi can begin document review remotely, when originals may matter and where private assistance ends and the official process begins.
You do not need to visit a private Delhi office merely to ask an initial question or have readable document copies reviewed. Visa Expertz operates from its Delhi office, while applicants elsewhere in India can begin privately with a remote enquiry and digital document review. That private support is separate from the official Chinese visa process.
Can I get assistance if I live outside Delhi?
Yes. Applicants in Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad or another Indian city can contact the Delhi team remotely. These city names describe where applicants may live; they do not represent Visa Expertz branches. The locations directory explains the areas served, and the Delhi page identifies the main operating location.
What can happen remotely?
- Initial enquiry: explain the real travel purpose, intended dates and applicant circumstances.
- Digital review: share clear scans or photographs through the agreed channel so apparent omissions and inconsistencies can be identified.
- Preparation guidance: clarify the relevant category checklist, form information and supporting-document logic.
- Recheck: compare corrected drafts or updated evidence before any physical dispatch.
Remote review depends on readable, complete copies. It cannot authenticate a document from an image, decide the visa category for the Embassy or guarantee that the authority will not ask for more information.
Do I need to travel to Delhi for initial review?
Normally, no: initial private review can begin remotely. Official jurisdiction and submission are different questions. The competent Embassy, Consulate or Visa Application Center determines its current process, and an applicant should not choose Delhi simply because the private assistance office is there.
Follow the current official portal and instructions applicable to the passport, residence and jurisdiction. An official interview, biometric collection, personal appearance or physical submission requirement cannot be waived by private remote assistance.
When do physical documents become relevant?
The scans, copies and originals guide separates each format by stage and explains current New Delhi physical-submission instructions.
A passport or another original may become relevant at an official submission stage or where the current category checklist/instruction specifically calls for an original. Private coordination may also require a physical document in a particular case, but this should be confirmed first. Do not courier a passport merely because a preliminary enquiry has started.
The document checklist separates common, category-specific and applicant-specific preparation. Use it to identify questions, then confirm the exact physical set for the case.
If originals need to be sent
- Ask for a written list of what is required and why.
- Confirm the recipient, address and expected handling step.
- Retain scans and a simple inventory of the contents.
- Package important documents securely.
- Use a tracked service and retain the tracking record.
- Confirm receipt before assuming the document has entered any process.
Blue Dart and DTDC are examples of tracked courier services; Visa Expertz does not claim a partnership with them. Courier is not necessary for every applicant, and delivery to a private office is not official visa submission.
Remote assistance and the official process are separate
| Private Visa Expertz assistance | Official visa process |
|---|---|
| Initial enquiry and explanation of the applicant's circumstances | Official category, jurisdiction and procedural requirements |
| Reviewing readable copies for apparent gaps or inconsistencies | Accepting the application and requesting additional material |
| Helping prepare form information and supporting-document sets | Requiring attendance, biometrics or interview where applicable |
| Coordinating physical documents when genuinely required | Consular review and the visa decision |
Private assistance does not create priority access, shorten official review, replace attendance or influence the outcome.
A practical outstation workflow
- Confirm your genuine purpose and likely category.
- Check the current official center and requirements.
- Begin private review with digital copies where suitable.
- Correct factual inconsistencies and collect missing category evidence.
- Wait for confirmation before sending any original.
- Complete official online, submission and appearance steps as instructed.
- Track through the official channel.
The application guide explains the overall sequence. Applicants seeking case-specific private help can use the consultation service. Assistance is available nationally, but no local branch should be inferred from a service-area page.
Official process note
The official New Delhi Visa Application Center separates online application, passport submission and progress tracking, and displays both post and in-person passport-submission options subject to applicable instructions. Processes can vary by center and case. Always use the official instruction issued for your application rather than treating private courier coordination as an official route.
Private remote preparation does not change the official submission area. Use the India visa-centre jurisdiction guide to resolve residence and centre-selection questions before starting the form.
