Refund & Cancellation Policy

At China-Visa.in, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may require cancellation or refund requests.

Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel their visa application request before we submit it to the embassy. Once the application has been submitted, cancellation requests will not be accepted as the embassy fees are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Our consultancy fees are non-refundable once we have started processing your application. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Time

Refund processing, if applicable, may take 7-10 working days from the date of approval. The refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Exceptions

We may consider full or partial refunds in cases of medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other exceptional circumstances beyond the client's control. Proper documentation will be required to support such requests.
